Christmas party 2023

 It was an awesome day spent dancing with friends, watching the circability glow in the dark acts, eating yummy food and getting a present to open at this year's 2023 Christmas party. I had a great time with all of my friends.

Karaoke with friends

 I always love to sing my favorite songs in Karaoke with my friends. When i sing its always with passion and heart. 

Event Cinemas

 This week I ticked off another goal of mine and enjoyed going to event cinema movie at the lakes. I saw the latest hunger games movie. It was awesome. Afterwards I got some lunch and did abit of shopping. It was a great day out! 

Circability

 I have really been enjoying practicing my technique for activities in circability, especially with the flower sticks. I can now do tricks between me and another person using them. I'm getting better and better with each practice. 

Celebrating and fun with friends

I enjoyed helping celebrating my friend Taylors birthday. We did a fun photo shoot, blew bubbles and then sat down and asked each other some questions about our favorite things.

Rāranga Exhibition

Had a nice afternoon, enjoying all the lovely different displays at Te Wānanga o Aotearoa. 

 

Garden care

 I enjoyed my day with the girls in the discovery group,  checking out all the amazing and delicious vegie seedlings they are growing at growers direct. We picked up some garden mix. I used my money skills to purchase some seed raising mix then lunch we got stuck in the garden raising our garden bed and sow some pohutukawa seeds. 

Disco fun

 I had a lot of fun socializing and having a good boogie dancing to all the different music with  my friends on our Friendship Disco music day. I can't wait to have another one!

Wilrose guiness book of records.

 I had lots of fun setting the highest record for the most balloon hits for our Wilrose Guiness Book of records. I got 89 hits, beat that! There were lots of fun games to play.

Olives donkey farm

I helped do some volunteering for our friend Olive on her donkey farm. I liked that the tortoise had come out of hibernation. Olive showed us what the tortise underbelly looks like. And I felt his shell.

Volunteering for puppy love dogs

 I fell in love with mirabel, a little Chihuahua dog that I volunteered to take for a walk. All the of the dogs were super cute and cuddly and I would love to take them out again some time.

Karaoke

 I always love to have a sing along in karaoke. I agave lots of favorite songs to sing and enjoy having a dance with my friends. 

Wilrose Talentquest

 I did so well singing in our Talentquest.  I sung my heart out with such confidence that my group was awarded 3rd place! I also danced and supported my friends in their acts. 

Connect 20 lunch

 I enjoyed going along to see my friends this week at Connect 20. This week I had a yummy lunch there. I enjoyed myself and it was good catching up with everyone.

Talent quest practice

I love to sing, and we have been practicing very hard these past few weeks.

 

Bubble art

I really enjoyed getting creative with this bubble art. It was cool mixing colours and seeing how it turned into a pattern on the paper once the bubbles had popped and it dried. 

Kopurererua discovery

 I enjoyed going with the discovery group down to explore the Kopurererua valley reserve. There was different wildlife  and insects to see. After lunch I sat next to a pond and did a sketch. It was a great day out. 

Ellendene farm

 I enjoyed being out at Ellendene  farm this week. I helped to put up an electric fence so the cattle had fresh grass. I also got pumpkin seeds planted on our new garden bed. 

Cica-bility

 I had heaps of fun doing  the Circability activities. This week was all about balance. I balanced thesticks and I had to trow one in the air and catch it again with the other sticks. 

Book of all things i love

 I have been busy making my book of all the things i love. I am enjoying doing it so much I want to add more to it so will be finishing more at home.
