We made some really yummy potato cakes. In cooking this week - it was my recipe idea and they looked so delicious. I helped peel and chop the potatoes and managed to separate an egg white and egg yolk!

Farm life

Here I am back out at the farm. I love it here and it's even better now as there are a group of ponies that we are helping to care for, feed and groom. Awesome!
